My long time friend Larry Williams, vastly improved
the volume-based AD indicator, creating
Williams Accumulation Distribution (WAD)...
which is an integral part of the trigger
for my moving average channel method.
WAD, combined with my channel, has the ability
to capture huge moves and it can hold winning trades
for a relatively long period of time
The downside of using a very stable indicator is that it ignores many spurious moves
and loses some sensitivity –

Harnessing the Power and Potential of Accumulation Distribution
While the WAD/MA is not perfect, it has outstanding abilities, the most important of which
are outlined above and which I have incorporated into my new trading system.
After lengthy study, development and back-testing I’ve been able to capture the power
of WAD in a trading system that is based on this excellent indicator.
My new system trades a basket of markets (shown below) and it does with the following goals: |
- To achieve consistent performance over time by eliminating large up and down
swings in performance and accuracy
- To maintain a high level of accuracy
- To use a profit maximizing strategy designed to quickly reduce exposure and risk
- To provide signals in a balanced group of markets
- To capture moves lasting about 25-35 days on average or more so as to get
larger profits, and
- To reduce risk as quickly as possible by having smaller initial targets so stops
can be raised, and
- Finally, to do so with minimal system optimization in order to increase odds of
future performance at or above the back-test results

How does JBIT Do it?
I have combined the better qualities of WAD/MA with Momentum (MOM)
in order to develop a trading system which does the following:
Signals are Generated Daily for the Following Markets
EURO, YEN, TNOTES, GOLD, DOW FUTURES, AUSSIE DOLLAR, US DOLLAR
JBIT provides daily buy, sell, hold, stop and trailing stop--daily for the markets in the portfolio.
As you can see, the drawdowns have been relatively small
and the performance has been consistent.
Out of Sample Data
In order to limit the effect of overly optimizing the JBIT System, I used up to two years
of OUT OF SAMPLE data. In other words, AFTER the system inputs were developed
using minimal optimization, the system was run on data that WAS NOT INCLUDED
in the development process...and IT WENT FORWARD very consistently and strongly.

As you can see, we have already started off 2011 with a big bang.

System Details
The JBIT system runs under Genesis Navigator Gold or Platinum versions.
But you don’t need Genesis in order to get the trades daily.
You can take advantage of my new system in either of several ways as follows:

Additional Details
Since the JBIT system uses the Williams Accumulation Distribution (WAD) indicator and since WAD is a cumulative indicator you will need to make certain that your data history for WAD begins
on the same date as mine. The starting dates for the data will be given in the System Manual.

I will only sell a very limited number of systems so as to avoid diluting its performance.
Once the allotted number of systems is sold I will NOT SELL ANY MORE copies.
I also ask you NOT TO copy or give the system to anyone else.
